Lidia's expertise includes creating and inspecting ESH programs; implementing safety processes; and ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, federal, state and local regulations. She brings a comprehensive background in EHS management and holds a bachelor’s in environment safety and occupational health from California State University, Northridge.
