Ben Dorks was appointed Chief Executive in 2018 having previously served as Chief Customer Officer for Ideagen. In this role, Ben was responsible for the total relationship with Ideagen's customers through the management of global sales, marketing, product and professional services.

As Chief Executive, Ben is responsible for the overall performance of the business with specific focus on operational excellence, customer acquisition and retention and product development.

Ben joined Ideagen in 2013 via the acquisition of Plumtree Group where he served as Sales and Marketing Director and previously worked as a Sales Manager at TSF and Applied Group.

Emma Hayes became Chief Revenue Officer in 2025 having previously held the roles of Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer. She joined Ideagen in 2020 from Severn Trent PLC, where she was Group Finance Director. Emma began her working life in audit with BDO before moving onto Corporate Finance at Deloitte. As a Director at Deloitte, she worked with a diverse range of corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions.

Emma brings a wealth of experience in financial management, corporate finance and accounting, as well as senior leadership within a listed company environment, to Ideagen. Her understanding of financial operations, her leadership experience and her ability to set financial strategy will make her a valuable addition to the Board of Ideagen.

A graduate of the University of Sheffield, where she gained a first-class degree in English Literature, Emma is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

John Molamphy joined Ideagen as Chief Technology and Product Officer in September 2023.

John will be responsible for driving Ideagen's product innovation strategy and roadmap evolution to support the organization's continued growth. This includes exploring future opportunities for AI and other emerging tech and evolving the model for continued product development.

With over two decades of experience in the technology industry, John has held CTO, COO, VP Product & Engineering and other senior roles at prominent companies such as Verizon Connect, Fleetmatics, Dell and Office Depot.

Toby became Chief Financial Officer at Ideagen in May 2024 having joined the business to lead the finance team in December 2020. Toby has a wealth of experience across financial management, M&A and the technology sector.

Toby spent the early part of his career in accounting practice working across a broad range of clients, sectors and specialisms, before moving onto a number of finance leadership roles within the technology sector. 

Within Ideagen Toby is responsible for all finance, accounting, and tax matters of the company and overseeing the data and systems functions, with a key focus on finance transformation to ensure the function continues to scale with the growth of the organisation.

Toby is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  

James King joined Ideagen in May 2021  from IDEMIA Group, the French 2.3Bn Euro global leader in digital payment, connectivity, and identity solutions, where he was most recently Senior Vice President of Global Markets for the group’s Digital Business Unit.

With nearly three decades in technology and software James has previously held senior international leadership roles in a number of software companies, including Evolving Systems, which is listed on NASDAQ, where he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing, and Swedish mobile software vendor, SmartTrust, where he was Vice President and General Manager EMEA.

James oversees all customer facing activities at Ideagen including the Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing functions.

Jeff drives consistent value delivery to our customers and partners across North America. A seasoned executive with deep expertise in global operations, sales, and technology, he has a strong track record of leading organizations through strategic transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Jeff has held several senior leadership positions and was most recently the Chief Customer Officer at Vector Solutions.

David became EVP & President of Asia Pacific in 2025 after joining Ideagen in 2021 as part of the acquisition of CompliSpace, where he was founder and CEO.

With three decades of management experience, he leads Ideagen's growth strategy in our APAC region. David's career spans law, with senior roles in private practice and as in-house counsel with a UK market regulator. He later founded CompliSpace, scaling it into a leading compliance SaaS provider for Australia's education and aged care sectors. He holds an MBA from Oxford and a Masters in Law from Sydney University.

Louise Tommasi is an experienced Chief People Officer who has worked with large, complex companies, including Speedo and Incora. She is responsible for Ideagen's people strategy and ensuring the business has the right people and processes to take it to the next level. 

She will be based primarily in the Nottingham, HQ, but will be spending time at Ideagen’s other centres around the globe. 

Steve Thompson joined Ideagen in 2022 as Group General Counsel and was appointed Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in 2025.

With a wealth of experience in corporate governance and risk management, Steve has held senior leadership roles at Purplebricks, Virgin Trains and Europcar, earning a strong reputation for delivering trusted legal counsel.

In his current role at Ideagen, Steve manages the company’s global legal and compliance framework, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while aligning legal strategies with business growth and innovation.
