Graduate management scheme

This 24-month rotational program is designed for recent graduates who want to fast track their careers into management.

By working across key business departments, you'll gain exposure to senior leadership and tackle real-world business challenges.

You'll benefit from receiving training, mentoring, skill development, diverse experiences and feedback, all while having the opportunity to build your network and reputation.

Apprenticeships

At Ideagen, our apprenticeship programme offers you the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining invaluable practical experience and contributing to meaningful projects.

This exciting programme offers the training and development you need to become a successful Business Development Representative, paving the way for a career in sales with a globally recognized SaaS (Software as a Service) company.

Initial application

Fill out the application online.

Shortlisting

Once the applications are in, we'll shortlist the most suitable candidates against the person specification for the role. 

Screening call

If you've been shortlisted, you'll have an initial video or phone call with our talent acquisition team. 

Testing

To ensure a thorough and fair process, all candidates will participate in testing that is appropriate to the job role. 

Assessment center/skills day

The last stage in the recruitment process is an assessment center with our talent acquisition team.
