As compliance requirements become more stringent and the pace of business accelerates, organizations need more than reactive compliance tracking. They need integrated digital solutions that proactively monitor emerging risks, predict potential issues and enable swift mitigation before problems escalate. It's about building operational resilience that keeps your business running smoothly, your people safe and your operations ahead of regulatory challenges.

But having the right digital tools is only half the battle. When you're building resilience across multiple areas of your organization, you need to be able to quickly identify which solution addresses your specific risk profile. Every minute spent navigating unclear product names or trying to understand how different tools fit together is time that could be better spent on what matters most – proactively managing risk and building the operational resilience your industry demands.

That's why we're making important changes to how we name our solutions. Your feedback told us that inconsistent naming across our product suite was creating unnecessary friction in your risk management journey. When you're looking for the right tool to monitor, predict and mitigate specific risks, clarity isn't just helpful – it's essential for building true resilience in action.

Here's what's changing, why we're making these updates and what you can expect moving forward.

Why we're updating some of our product names

Customers – we listened. Feedback told us that inconsistent naming across our product suite was causing unnecessary confusion. Many shared that it wasn't always clear which solution best fits their specific needs, or how different products worked together within workflows.

So, we introduced a new naming system designed with this in mind. Each updated name highlights the core function and benefit of the software, helping people quickly recognize the value it brings to their organization. This change simplifies product selection, reduces complexity and makes it easier to navigate our growing suite of solutions as needs evolve.

The products receiving new names reflect our commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions that grow with our customers. We want each name to clearly represent what the software stands for today and where it's headed in the future, with a more intuitive naming structure.

What remains unchanged

While some product names are changing, the solutions customers know and trust, supporting operations, without disruption, remain exactly the same:

  • The features and functionality used every day
  • The performance and reliability customers expect
  • Existing workflows and processes
  • Dedicated support team and service levels
  • Our ongoing commitment to customer success

These updates are about making things clearer, not changing what works. We're here to ensure your experience remains seamless and productive.

What you'll notice

As our new product names roll out, there will be updates across multiple touchpoints. These include our website, product interfaces, invoices and customer communications.

And while not all product names are changing, all solutions are getting refreshed icons and edition names, all aimed at consistency, streamlining navigation within our software, mobile apps and Ideagen Luminate, our new customer portal.

The changes are designed to help you quickly identify the right resources, access relevant support materials and get even more value from your Ideagen solution.

What to expect during the transition

We're committed to making this transition as seamless as possible. For most products, updates will happen automatically over the coming weeks or when customers next perform a routine update.

All existing customers have been receiving regular communications outlining specific timelines on when those changes will happen and what to expect for their particular software solution.

Moving forward together

These changes represent more than just new names. They reflect our ongoing commitment to listening to customer needs and evolving alongside them. We want every interaction with Ideagen to be straightforward, insightful and genuinely valuable.

We're confident these enhancements will help customers get even more from your solution and ensure a smoother, more connected experience as we continue to grow together.
