Is working at home the safest place to be?
In this webinar, we discuss the importance of effectively managing remote and hybrid teams. You’ll learn how to deliver ample support for workers to ensure their safety outside of the office.
Sue Parker-Tantush will be sharing her experiences working within The Co-op’s health, safety, and risk teams, and Jacob Hunt will be providing in-depth Display Screen Equipment (DSE) insights and knowledge. He’ll be digging into customer stories and asking the tricky questions that employers often struggle with.
We will also be looking at employers’ legal and moral requirements in making home working safe for employees, the importance of DSE training and reducing musculoskeletal diseases, and discussing the pros and cons of remote working.

Having enjoyed a 20-year career as a risk and safety professional, Sue more recently led a risk-based safety transformation as Co-op Group Head of Safety, driving positive change through improved collaboration, before opening her own consultancy to support her clients on their safety culture journey.
She is a keen volunteer, as Board trustee for Girlguiding UK, Chair of a local inner-city school, and was recently voted onto IOSH Council, which has equipped her with the skills to lead and influence at all levels. Working in the rapidly changing world of retail, she prides herself on being able to quickly get to the heart of a problem and find practical solutions that engage all stakeholders.
She is most proud of her work in transforming safety culture, and introducing effective incident reporting solutions into organisations, which in her last role led to influencing government policy.

Jacob Hunt is Commercial Director for Ideagen’s Health, Safety & Environmental division.
He has been with Ideagen since 2017, where he quickly developed a passion for delivering solutions that improve businesses DSE, hybrid working, and Health & Safety policies, and enhance employee wellbeing.
Working in a rapidly changing environment, Jacob believes that is vitally important that organisations educate their employees on the wellbeing of flexible working and how they can increase productivity by allowing them to work in the most suitable environment.
