Stephanie has been with Ideagen over 13 years in both Service Delivery and Product Management roles.  Prior to joining Ideagen, she was a practicing Internal Auditor/Manager for 12 years, leading SOX teams and managing audit workpaper systems and training.  She is passionate about Internal Audit and volunteered for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) for 15 years at the local chapter level and North America committee level.

Kammy Bains is a New Business Sales Manager at Ideagen, where she has spent four years partnering with organisations to modernise and transform their internal audit and risk management functions. Kammy specialises in supporting government bodies, local authorities, and housing associations, as well as managing Ideagen’s global Channel relationships. She works closely with organisations to assess existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide automation-driven software solutions that streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and enable more effective ways of working. By helping clients embed robust governance practices, Kammy ensures organisations are better equipped to anticipate, manage, and mitigate risk - empowering them to focus on strategic objectives with confidence.

Ryan Naidoo is a New Business Sales Manager at Ideagen, where he is responsible for new business development across EMEA within the Audit & Risk division. With a focus on financial services, Ryan helps organisations modernise their audit and risk functions through Ideagen’s natively integrated software platform.
 
With a career spanning leading RegTech and AI-driven compliance firms—including NorthRow and Aveni—Ryan brings a deep understanding of the challenges facing regulated industries. His consultative approach and expertise in solution selling have helped numerous firms enhance operational resilience, streamline compliance, and unlock strategic value from their risk data.
 

With over 8 years of experience in audit and risk, Jennifer has developed a strong foundation working across the financial sector and, more recently, government organisations and the life sciences industry. Her career has given a broad perspective on the challenges faced by audit and risk teams and a deep understanding of the technology required to support them effectively on a global scale. Jennifer is passionate about helping organisations strengthen their governance, improve efficiency, and leverage technology to deliver lasting impact.
