Mark is the owner & director of Compliance by Design, where he works with UKAS Certification Bodies as a sub-contracting auditor, whilst supporting companies to achieve and maintain their ISO Certifications. Using his over 20 years experience, Compliance by Design helps to provide a single point of contact for all ISO and compliance needs. Mark has been a certified UKAS Lead Auditor since 2014 and has Lead Auditor Qualifications in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 55001 and ISO 22001. 

Joanne Rupprecht, a seasoned leader in regulatory affairs, federal agency/life sciences law, and higher education, boasts 35+ years in healthcare product development across academia and industry. Proficient in domestic (FDA) and international regulatory affairs, quality systems, and CAR T Cell/stem cell therapies, Jo honed skills at the University of Illinois, University of Chicago, Abbott Labs, and earned a Juris Doctor at Denver Sturm College of Law.

With Seton Hall's Life Sciences Compliance Certification, U.S. and Global RAC, ACRP-CP, and CCEP credentials, Jo crafts programs and has written for RAPS. She teaches Biomedical Entrepreneurship and The Regulatory Environment at the University of Colorado, Denver, and serves BESST Program. Bridging science, business, and law, Jo aids healthcare pioneers in intricate regulatory landscapes, adeptly evaluating business risks, policies, and governmental influences to ensure compliant operations.

John is Ideagen's Chief Technology Officer and has with 25+ years of experience delivering innovative products and solutions. He has a proven track record leading large scale software companies in the US and Europe, ranging from high growth start-up to Fortune 50.

Krystal Truax is the Vice President of Product Management at Ideagen, where she oversees the EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality) product lines, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and effectiveness. Krystal has spent the last 10 years working with EHSQ SaaS products to empower EHS professionals to leverage technology to solve industry problems. Krystal has industry experience in permitting, compliance and environmental remediation.
