Customer reviews see more G2 badges for Ideagen
Ideagen has been awarded 20 badges in the G2 Spring report including five new ones – all of which went to Ideagen collaboration solutions.
Ideagen Mail Manager got four new awards with two new ‘High Performer’ badges in the Email Client category and two ‘Leader’ badges in the Email Management category.
The fifth new badge went to Ideagen Huddle – bringing the secure client portal up to a total of five ‘High Performer’ badges.

Ideagen Qualtrax, a quality management solution, retained four badges – two ‘High Performer’, a ‘Best Support’ and one for ‘Easiest To Do Business With’.
This latest round of G2 badge awards builds on Ideagen’s excellent performance in the previous quarter when Huddle, Pentana Audit, Qualtrax, PleaseReview, Q-Pulse QMS and Workrite all featured among the 22 badges awarded.
G2 houses more than 1.7 million verified user reviews and is utilised by 60 million software buyers every year. Their quarterly reports rate products and solutions against a range of criteria including customer satisfaction, with feedback provided on different criteria relating to the product or solution.
