Optimizing EHS performance: Integrating three lines of defense for continuous improvement
Health and safety management systems are widely acknowledged for their benefits in reducing the administrative burden associated with collating and analyzing data.
However, simply acquiring an EHS system isn't enough. Implementation is crucial.
Evidence shows that the way an EHS system is implemented is as significant to its effectiveness as the data it holds. Without well-defined implementation and adoption frameworks, organizations risk falling short of expected improvements and may erroneously attribute shortcomings to the technology itself.
So how do you leverage your EHS management systems to optimize continuous improvement strategies?
Using real-world case studies, our panel of health and safety experts will illustrate how adopting the "Three Lines of Defense," model can strengthen risk management practices and protect against emerging risks.
Join this session and learn how an implementation and adoption framework can boost your continuous improvement efforts by:
- Enhancing risk management oversight
- Fostering and improving risk control culture
- Increasing employee empowerment, accountability and stakeholder confidence
- Improving resource allocation efficiency
