Ideagen has secured its ninth successive year on the UK government’s G-Cloud framework, which allows public sector organisations to access best-in-breed cloud hosting, software and support solutions.

G-Cloud is a government initiative that aims to provide a single repository of cloud-based technology and specialist digital services for use by public sector organisations via a self-serve digital marketplace.

Public sector organisations will be able to draw down contracts from the new G-Cloud framework from November for nine of Ideagen’s solutions – including Pentana AuditPentana RiskQ-PulseWorkRitePleaseReviewHuddleOpsBaseMi-Co and Mail Manager.

The framework is designed to drive the wider adoption of cloud computing in the public sector and deliver a more efficient, competitive and cost-effective way of buying IT services, removing the requirement for a full tender process.

Ben Dorks, Ideagen CEO, said: “We have provided software and services to the UK’s public sector for more than two decades and we are delighted to be able to increase the number of our solutions offered under G-Cloud 13.

“Ideagen has been a part of the G-Cloud framework for nine years in succession now and we are extremely pleased to be represented once more on the digital marketplace, enabling organisations to meet the very specific use case and requirements of the public sector. It is a testament to the strength of our products and services and proof that our solutions continue to meet a real market need within the public sector.”
