Ideagen has been recognized by global research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group as a Service Star in its Data Quadrant report for Document Management, driven entirely by feedback from customers.

The Service Star status was awarded to Ideagen Collaboration Portal, our secure, document-centric platform for highly regulated industries, for consistently delivering across three areas: support quality, business value and overall partnership.

This recognition is based on independent reviews submitted through Info-Tech's SoftwareReviews platform, reflecting real‑world experiences from companies using Ideagen every day.

Customer sentiment was demonstrated in a Net Emotional Footprint score of +97 in the Document Management category – a powerful measure of how users feel about both the product and provider – alongside recognition across six award categories:

Scores are gathered across software capabilities, product features, likeliness to recommend and provider experience, culminating in a Net Emotional Footprint score. 

The 2026 Data Quadrant result builds on a strong track record of independent user trust and satisfaction. Ideagen Collaboration Portal was named an Emotional Footprint Champion by Info-Tech in both 2022 and 2023 – based exclusively on customer feedback across 27 elements including strategy, service, product experience and the contracting process.
