Ideagen and Envirosuite enter into a Scheme Implementation Deed
Ideagen's plans to strengthen it's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) solutions has taken a major step forward today after environmental risk management company, Envirosuite Limited announced it had entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed (SID) with the global software company.
The Envirosuite Board has unanimously recommended that shareholders vote in favor of the Scheme.

The shareholder vote will be held at a court-convened Scheme Meeting anticipated for late July or early August 2025.
