Envirosuite shareholders vote in favour of joining Ideagen
Envirosuite Limited has released an announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange today to say that shareholders have voted in favor of the proposed acquisition of all the Environsuite shares by Ideagen EVS BidCo Pty Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Ideagen.
99.54% of the votes cast by Envirosuite shareholders, in person and by proxy, were in favour.
The scheme remains subject to the approval at a court hearing currently scheduled for August 8, 2025 and if this goes ahead as planned Envirosuite will formally become part of Ideagen on August 20.
