Alexander Hall selects Redland for SM&CR and T&C solution

Alexander Hall Associates, one of the UK’s leading mortgage brokers, has selected Redland’s multi-award-winning Accountability solution to provide an integrated Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) and Training & Competency (T&C) software solution.

Following a comprehensive review of vendors, Redland’s solution was chosen to enable Alexander Hall Associates to comply with all aspects of the Accountability Regime, including; SM&CR, MRMs, SoRs, Fitness & Propriety, Certification, Conduct Attestation and Conduct Rule Breaches.

In addition, Alexander Hall Associates have chosen to utilise Redland’s integrated Training & Competency (T&C) functionality. This will provide powerful process management, record keeping and employee oversight capability. This capability will also provide a single framework with which to evidence the knowledge and competency elements of the Certification regime.
