Cyndale began her career in 2011 as a safety coordinator at Southern Co., implementing and managing EMIS applications for safety and industrial hygiene. In 2018, she joined a software vendor, leveraging her industry and technical expertise to support Fortune 500 companies across sectors including the federal government, retail, manufacturing, oil and gas, and automotive in maximizing the value of EHS software. Since 2022, Cyndale has served as the Digital EHS&S COE leader at Arcadis, strategically deploying EHSQ solutions to help organizations create safe, sustainable and healthy workplaces.
