Jacob Hunt is the Director for Ideagen Environmental, Health, and Safety. He has been with Ideagen since 2017, where he quickly developed a passion for delivering solutions that improve businesses' DSE, hybrid working, and Health & Safety policies, and enhance employee well-being. Working in a rapidly changing environment, Jacob believes it is vitally important that organizations educate their employees on the well-being of flexible working and how they can increase productivity by allowing them to work in the most suitable environment.
Andrew is an Account Director within Ideagen, bringing his knowledge as a DSE assessor into the Ideagen WorkRite team. The variety of experience within the H&S industry has allowed Andrew to develop a great foundation of knowledge around the challenges customers face with their H&S training, and solutions on how to overcome these.
Andrew believes it is important for companies to provide good level of training and guidance to employees to help maintain their wellbeing and where possible, provide a consistent approach across the business to benefit all members of staff in the ever-changing world we operate within.
Mark is part of the compliance health and safety team, specializing in supporting new clients to improve the efficiency and quality of their health and safety assessment and awareness-based training. Mark's experience in education stems back over 6 years, working across multiple environments and practical settings. Mark has been part of the Ideagen WorkRite team since July 2022, supporting organizations across education, hospitality, government, and public sectors daily.
Steven is a DSE assessor and accredited with NEBOSH, specialising in DSE and Ergonomics. As the Product Manager for Ideagen WorkRite, Steven has worked closely with the product since 2008 –consulting with customers on which solution would best suit their organization, working with them to implement the system and overseeing the strategic development of the product. Steven is excited to see how the DSE market is evolving and how Ideagen WorkRite can help businesses keep up with the ever-evolving challenge of how we tackle hybrid working.
