Elizabeth Menschner is the executive director of the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (PONL), where she champions advocacy, education and professional development for nurse leaders across Pennsylvania. She brings decades of experience in nursing administration and healthcare leadership, holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice alongside master’s degrees in nursing and health administration. She is a board-certified nurse executive (NEA-BC) recognised for advancing the Institute of Medicine’s Future of Nursing recommendations and mentoring the next generation of nurse leaders.
Ronnie has 20+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on developing and executing strategies that increase revenue, customer engagement and competitive differentiation. He holds an SHSMD credential in healthcare marketing, which demonstrates his knowledge and skills in marketing plans, communications and market research.
