Rick is Senior Vice President Internal Audit and Risk Management at FORUM Credit Union. His duties include oversight of Internal Audit, Information Security Governance, Loan Quality Control, Physical Security, Anti-Money Laundering Risk and Financial Regulatory Compliance. He has been with FORUM for 14 years and an internal auditor for nearly 40 years, having led audit teams ranging from one to six staff members. Rick has headed audit functions for more than 30 years, working with Boards of Directors and Audit Committees throughout.
Stephanie is a Certified Internal Auditor and has served as District Advisor for the Midwest Region of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Her 12-year career as an audit practitioner includes managing Sarbanes-Oxley testing, reporting and co-ordination at Compass Minerals, plus several years running teams and projects for insurance companies.
Stephanie now applies her experience as the Head of Ideagen's Internal Audit and Risk Management platforms.
