Krystal has spent the last 10 years working with EHSQ SaaS products to empower EHS professionals to leverage technology to solve industry problems. Krystal has industry experience in permitting, compliance and environmental remediation.

James Luen is the Director of Safety at Allegiant Air, leading programs like SMS, FOQA, ASAP, and Fatigue Risk Management. With nearly a decade at Allegiant, he has advanced aviation safety by implementing system-wide initiatives, including transitioning over 14,000 users to an Ideagen Safety and Quality Management solution. James holds a Private Pilot Certificate, FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License and a master’s degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle. Passionate about process optimization and accident investigation, he combines expertise in human factors and root cause analysis with a keen interest in leveraging technology for greater efficiency. 

Pei-Wen Chen is the Safety Analytics Manager at Allegiant Air, specializing in data analytics and process optimization to enhance Safety and Security programs. With expertise in Power BI and SQL, she transforms safety data into actionable insights for informed decision-making. She holds a master’s degree in Safety Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Private Pilot Certificate. Passionate about analytics, safety and process improvement, Pei-Wen thrives at the intersection of her interests, blending curiosity, structure and a commitment to excellence in Safety Analytics.
