Ideagen Quality Management is used by so many more people than just the quality staff. During their last Quality Support Program visit, the team spent time with almost every department. HR reviewed the onboarding and offboarding process workflows and the hospital services team was able to explore various reports which may be useful to the hospitals. We have so many different departments represented in the system that we look at it as a total quality management system. The expertise of the team combined with that dedicated time is so worth the price.
The program also offers real flexibility. Organizations can sign up on a quarterly basis to lock in several days each quarter, contract a set number of days per year or purchase on-demand days. Support can be delivered onsite or remotely.
There’s just a lot of flexibility and you feel like you always have a resource.
