NFU Mutual selects Redland’s Training & Competency (T&C) solution

After a comprehensive review of vendors and solutions, Redland’s Training & Competency (T&C) SaaS solution has been chosen by NFU Mutual.

he solution, which will replace an existing legacy T&C system, will integrate with several other NFU Mutual systems to provide an efficient and unified way of managing and recording individual training requirements, personal development and competency. In addition, the solution will aid management to monitor and manage its General Insurance T&C requirements across the business, ensuring the highest standards of competency and quality are maintained in the most efficient and effective way.

When fully rolled out, the new system will support over 2,500 licenced individuals.
