Ideagen takes home award for redefining customer engagement
Ideagen has been recognized with the prestigious Architect Award for its customer portal, Ideagen Luminate, at the 2025 Gainsight Gamechanger Awards.
The team received the award at Gainsight Pulse Europe in Dublin on November 13, reflecting Ideagen's core value of community, transforming how customers connect, learn and succeed.
The Architect Award recognizes the creation of communities that inform, inspire and foster genuine belonging. These are spaces that don't just exist, but truly engage, inspire loyalty and drive meaningful success – and Ideagen Luminate does exactly that.
The results speak for themselves. Since launch, customer engagement has soared – with a 317% increase in customers marking posts as helpful and a 108% rise in monthly contributions. Users have also invested over 84 days in total e-learning time, proof that when you build the right resources, customers will engage deeply.
The platform brings together Help, Skills and Community resources into one intuitive platform. It's where customers find answers fast, learn at their own pace through bite-sized courses and connect with industry peers and Ideagen experts who understand their challenges.
The Gainsight Gamechanger Awards celebrate organizations using the Gainsight platform to make a real difference for customers, teams and partners. For Ideagen, this award stands as a clear testament to our dedication to empowering customers with the tools, knowledge and support they need to excel.
