Company news

Ideagen has been named one of the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK & Ireland 2026, rising five places to twelfth overall, achieving ‘Best in Class’ status across all six award categories.

Run by the Inspiring Workplaces Group, the awards celebrate organizations building people-first cultures, where trust, inclusion, wellbeing and purpose drive both employee experience and business performance.

Speaking about the recognition, Louise Tommasi, Chief People Officer at Ideagen, said: “This recognition reflects the commitment and energy of our teams worldwide, who bring our culture to life every day.

“Being recognized as one of the UK and Ireland’s most inspiring workplaces and achieving best-in-class across every category - is a hugely proud moment for Ideagen.

“As we continue to grow, our priority is creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best work. That means listening to our colleagues, investing in wellbeing, and ensuring teams have the right tools and technology to succeed.

“We are an AI technology business at our core, and how we apply that internally matters. Embedding AI into how we work is helping unlock new ideas, strengthen engagement and deliver better outcomes for colleagues and customers.”

This was a key strength acknowledged by the judges, who praised Ideagen for integrating advanced AI and digital capability to support collaboration, improve decisions and accelerate innovation across the business.

One commented: “It’s great to see how you have integrated AI at so many levels… to aid teams in their day to day and bring out the best for each of them – AI-powered but people-first.”

They also highlighted the connection between technology, engagement and results:

“It was refreshing to discover how AI is being used to support and showcase employee voice… linked to innovation, strategy and bottom-line results.”

Recognition across all six categories

Ideagen earned best-in-class recognition in all six areas assessed: Inclusion, Wellbeing, Inspiring Leadership, Culture & Purpose, Employee Voice and Employee Experience – highlighting a comprehensive approach to building a high-performing culture.

Our wellbeing strategy stood out in particular, with judges noting: “The emphasis on protecting its people every day was applauded… addressing employees’ emotional, physical, social and financial wellbeing.”

Feedback also pointed to strong communication and engagement across the organization:

“Clearly they are highly engaged… your focus on communication across the business and genuine engagement is very strong.”

Matt Manners, Founder, Inspiring Workplaces Group, commented: “Workplaces are changing at an unprecedented pace, with AI accelerating transformation across every industry.

“In times of constant change, organizations need more than strategy and technology alone. They need cultures that help people adapt, grow and perform.

“Our 2026 winners across the UK & Ireland are leading by example. They are proving that when businesses put people first and build cultures based on trust, inclusion and belonging, they create the resilience and agility needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving world of work.”
