What to expect when you apply for a job with us

Initial application - Fill out the application online.
Shortlisting - Once the applications are in, we'll shortlist the most suitable candidates against the person specification for the role.
Screening call - If you've been shortlisted, you'll have an initial video or phone call with our talent acquisition team.
Testing - To ensure a thorough and fair process all candidates will participate in testing that is appropriate to the job role.
Assessment centre/skills day - The last stage in the recruitment process is an assessment centre with our talent acquisition team.
