In her role at V2X, Lidia oversees strategic EHS management. With more than 27 years of experience in the field, she’s led significant improvement initiatives, strengthening EHS project requirements, and minimizing environmental and occupational health risks for employees globally. Lidia's expertise includes creating and inspecting ESH programs; implementing safety processes; and ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, federal, state and local regulations. She brings a comprehensive background in EHS management and holds a bachelor’s in environment safety and occupational health from California State University, Northridge. 

Vince is a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer with a passion for changing attitudes towards data protection. He has a deep background in cyber security and intelligence, with nearly 20 years’ experience in both the private and central government sectors, working with C-Suite, Senior Civil Servants and government ministers.

He helped to develop the Financial Conduct Authority’s Cyber Resilience Framework, was the Chief Security Officer for British International Investment, and currently acts as CISO for one of the world's Top 50 largest companies.

He has provided keynote speeches at the World Cyber Security Congress, Cyber Security Summit UK, the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and the Enterprise Security & Risk Management Conference, and has also attended trade missions to Mexico, Brazil, Japan, and Qatar at the request of the Department for International Trade.

Tim Marsh is a renowned expert in behavioral safety, having led significant UK initiatives in the early 1990s. He has worked with over 400 organizations globally, including major institutions like the World Health Organization. Tim's extensive experience includes writing and producing safety training materials. 

Ben Dorks was appointed Chief Executive in 2018 having previously served as Chief Customer Officer for Ideagen. In this role, Ben was responsible for the total relationship with Ideagen's customers through the management of global sales, marketing, product and professional services.

As Chief Executive, Ben is responsible for the overall performance of the business with specific focus on operational excellence, customer acquisition and retention and product development.

Ben joined Ideagen in 2013 via the acquisition of Plumtree Group where he served as Sales and Marketing Director and previously worked as a Sales Manager at TSF and Applied Group.

Dennis J. McGowan, CPA is the Vice President, Professional Practice and Anti-Fraud Initiatives at the Center for Audit Quality. In this role he leads regulatory and policy strategies that foster high-quality performance by public company auditors.

His duties include leading a team of audit executives to advance technical and policy-oriented projects to identify, develop, and seek consensus on issues affecting the public company auditing profession. McGowan is also responsible for overseeing the CAQ’s anti-fraud initiatives. This includes engaging with senior leaders across the financial reporting ecosystem, drafting comment letter responses to regulators, developing thought leadership publications, and responding to technical inquiries.

Dennis serves as a Board Member of Annapolis Pride, an organization dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community in Annapolis. Before joining the CAQ, he spent a decade at PwC, where he specialized in auditing clients in the financial services industry.

Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania, and he holds a BS in Business Administration from La Salle University.

Jason Anker was paralyzed from the waist down due to an avoidable incident on a construction site in 1993 when he fell off a ladder. He was 24 years old.

His story of his life before the incident, the day of the incident, the time spent in hospital and rehab, his initial release from hospital and his struggle with life over the last 30 years is an honest and sometimes graphic account of the devastation the incident has had on Jason and his family and friends.

For 30 years he was unable to talk openly about his life-changing work-related incident. Now he uses it to inform everyone from business leaders to shop floor workers of the importance of a workplace safety culture.

Debra Padgett is a Clinical Pathology Service Manager with over 22 years of experience in NHS labs, focusing on Pathology Management, Infection Sciences, and Healthcare Science Education.

Louis Wustemann is a writer and editor on sustainability and health safety, previously Head of Regulatory Magazines at LexisNexis UK. He has published IOSH Magazine and The Environmentalist, among other titles, and is a trustee of the One Percent Safer Foundation. 

Joanne Rupprecht, a seasoned leader in regulatory affairs, federal agency/life sciences law, and higher education, boasts 35+ years in healthcare product development across academia and industry. Proficient in domestic (FDA) and international regulatory affairs, quality systems, and CAR T Cell/stem cell therapies, Jo honed skills at the University of Illinois, University of Chicago, Abbott Labs, and earned a Juris Doctor at Denver Sturm College of Law.

With Seton Hall's Life Sciences Compliance Certification, U.S. and Global RAC, ACRP-CP, and CCEP credentials, Jo crafts programs and has written for RAPS. She teaches Biomedical Entrepreneurship and The Regulatory Environment at the University of Colorado, Denver, and serves BESST Program. Bridging science, business, and law, Jo aids healthcare pioneers in intricate regulatory landscapes, adeptly evaluating business risks, policies, and governmental influences to ensure compliant operations.

Michael Rasmussen is an internationally recognized pundit on governance, risk management, and compliance, with specific expertise in GRC strategy, process, IT architectures and solutions.

With 30+ years of experience, Michael helps organizations improve GRC processes, design and implement GRC architectures, and select solutions that are effective, efficient and agile. A sought-after keynote speaker, author and advisor, he’s known as the “Father of GRC” – being the first to define and model the GRC market in 2002 while at Forrester Research, Inc.

With a dynamic resume in the communications field, Brad has built a great network within the surf industry. From working with Rip Curl to managing Surfing Australia's SurfGroms program and serving as a senior writer at Surfing Life magazine, he has established himself as an avid surfer and marketer. Brad's expertise extends to freelance writing, contributing articles to various publications such as Tracks, White Horses, The Inertia, and Boss Hunting. In 2014, he published his first book, 'Game, Set, Cash.'

Brad's journey began with an education background, but after completing his Master of Communications at Bond University, he transitioned into working with creative agencies in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Here, he honed his PR, event management, and marketing skillset, adding further depth to his professional accomplishment.

Matthew (Matt) Sica boasts over three decades of experience in laboratory-related settings, honing his skills in management, quality systems, project management, regulatory matters, and process enhancement. He has successfully overseen environmental and industrial hygiene laboratories and managed a state program. His consultancy spans petroleum and pharmaceutical testing labs, reference material production, proficiency testing, and calibration labs, focusing on efficient adherence to standards. In his recent role as VP of Compliance and Quality for a lab network, he streamlined quality management using technology, achieving compliance across locations.

As a Technical Program Manager at Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, he aids staff, assessors, and stakeholders, contributing to accreditation processes. With a global footprint, Matt also imparts diverse management and technical training.
