Information management software vendor, Ideagen, has unveiled its new brand that will “epitomise the company’s significant transformation” in 2015 as well as its plans for future growth.
The Governance, Risk and Compliance software company completed the integration of its most recent acquisition – Gael Ltd – into the Ideagen Group.
That acquisition saw the company double in size and also increase the strength of its product suite, with Gael’s globally renowned software Q-Pulse and Coruson added to Ideagen’s strong group of healthcare and auditing products that include Pentana.
Since then Ideagen has been working on a new brand which will “reflect the importance” of the role it plays as a global technology company. The company launched the brand to its customers in finance and banking, healthcare and the UK NHS, aviation, rail and manufacturing at its annual User Group in held in Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole earlier this month (November 2015).
Ideagen’s Chief Executive Officer, David Hornsby, said: “It is clear that our business has undergone a significant transformation in the past year and as we mature and progress, it is vital that our brand evolves with us.
“This project had to satisfy all of the existing expectations of what Ideagen and its subsidiaries stand for but, at the same time, push us forward and reflect our developing maturity as a global technology company; focused and knowledgeable about what we sell, strong and confident leaders in our markets.”
Ideagen’s User Group was well attended with over 150 delegates at the event from varying sectors. Delegates were treated to the very latest company news and development road-maps for Ideagen's product portfolio. Attendees also had the chance to offer feedback to drive future innovations, as well as being presented with the opportunity to collaborate and learn from other industry professionals.
As well as a gala dinner, key note speakers included Caspar Berry, an award winning trainer, keynote and inspirational speaker who specialises in the subjects of risk, decision making, innovation and leadership, and snooker legend, John Parrot.
