Enemalta, the main provider of electricity generation and distribution services in the Maltese Islands, is to work with Ideagen to achieve organisation-wide document control and compliance with ISO environmental standards.
The company will implement Ideagen’s flagship quality management software product, Q-Pulse, to manage hundreds of documents electronically.
Q-Pulse, used by thousands of organisations globally, will also act as a central repository for processes around audit and corrective action management as the company aims to comply with ISO 14001.
Christopher Borg, Business Strategy & Development Manager at Enemalta, said: “Q-Pulse will be implemented as our dedicated quality management system with particular focus on document control. The system will allow us to manage thousands of pieces of documentation across the business ranging from procedures and templates to registers and forms where document control is key.
“The capabilities of the system will also allow us to manage processes around our auditing and any corrective actions emerging from those audits to help us continually improve as an organisation.
“Working with Ideagen and its Q-Pulse software will make our day-to-day processes simpler and easier. In what is our 40th anniversary this year, this move marks a positive development in the future success and growth of Enemalta.”
Q-Pulse is Ideagen’s flagship software product and is used by some of the world’s largest organisations including Terex, Brussels Airlines and KLM.
