Software firm Ideagen's Middle East Customer Conference is huge success

Governance, risk and compliance software vendor, Ideagen’s Customer Conference in Dubai was hailed as a major success.

The developers of Q-Pulse, Coruson and Pentana hosted a one day event at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah on Tuesday, April 12th for its customers in the Middle East, Asia and Oceania regions.

Delegates from over 50 organisations attended the event, taking part in discussions on product roadmaps, customer presentations and drop-in sessions with product and industry experts.

Ideagen’s Head of Middle East, Paul Marshall, said: “The event was a great success and it was an excellent opportunity for us to meet with some customers face-to-face.

“Attendees were actively engaged throughout the day and interacted well during the workshops and presentations. Among the highlights were our presentations around the E-IOSA bolt on in the latest version of our Q-Pulse software and our discussion on preparing and aligning with the latest version of ISO 9001 - IS0 9001:2015.

“These events have always been a great success and I am delighted that this year was no different.”
