Ideagen’s annual customer conference covered the latest Q-Pulse developments, information on mobile apps and keynote discussions on ‘risk-based everything’
The attendees included Emirates, the UAE’s General Civil Aviation Authority, Sabic, Shiekh Khalifa Medical Centre, Royal Jordanian Airlines and flydubai.
The event took place in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City and hosted users of Ideagen’s Q-Pulse software.
Focusing on the theme of risk-based thinking, delegates were treated to several presentations throughout the one day seminar including a series of Q-Pulse master classes and exclusive insights into the Q-Pulse product roadmap.
Ben Dorks, Ideagen’s Chief Customer Officer, delighted attendees with an informative update on Ideagen and the company’s future plans and revealed the event was “another huge success”.
He added: “The Horizons conference provides our customers in the United Arab Emirates with the chance to hear directly from our internal experts as well as share experiences from fellow users.
