The Marketing team use words and imagery and creativity to showcase the great products Ideagen has to offer to a worldwide audience. They are responsible for brand and product awareness and delivering leads into the sales pipeline, which contribute significantly to Ideagen’s revenues.
The key teams within marketing are:
Brand and PR – they are responsible for strengthening awareness of Ideagen through our own channels or through relationships with trade, national and international media. They ensure we stay true to our vision, purpose and identity in all our communications and use, press releases, interviews and case studies to highlight how Ideagen continues to support the safe hands and quiet voices that protect the world.
Digital – takes care of social media, web design, digital content, SEO and paid search campaigns. The team engages new and existing online audiences through our digital landscape.
Design – creates our visual presence through graphic design, videography and animation. The team creates everything from product videos to designing flyers and downloads.
New Business Marketing - targets specific industries, acting as subject matter experts for their respective areas in order to deliver targeted marketing campaigns. This covers Collaboration, ARC (Audit, Risk and Compliance) and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental) industries.
Product - delivers the best products and solutions to our customers driven by market insights, developing product strategy and roadmaps. The team also provides product knowledge and expertise to the other teams to ensure our products are represented accurately.
