Marketing at Ideagen
The Marketing team is responsible for brand and product awareness and delivering leads into the sales pipeline, which contribute significantly to Ideagen’s revenues. The team creates campaigns that deliver MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) which then end up, once qualified, in the Ideagen Sales pipeline.
The key teams within marketing are:
Communications – they are in charge of internal and customer communications, external PR and investor relations. The communications team ensures that our customers, financial markets and staff are kept up to date with what's going on within Ideagen, while also representing the company in the media.
Digital – takes care of social media, web design, digital content, SEO and paid search campaigns. The team engages new and existing online audiences through our digital landscape.
Design – creates our visual presence through graphic design, videography and animation. The team creates everything from product videos to designing flyers and downloads.
New Business Marketing - targets specific industries, acting as subject matter experts for their respective areas in order to deliver targeted marketing campaigns. This covers ARC (Audit, Risk and Compliance) and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental) industries.
Product - delivers the best products and solutions to our customers driven by market insights, developing product strategy and roadmaps. The team also provides product knowledge and expertise to the other teams to ensure our products are represented accurately.
