We are excited to be recruiting for a Technical Product Manager who will create a technology strategy for our portfolio to catapult our products into dominant market positions by delighting customers, outpacing competitors and surprising the market.

Do you get excited by working in a collaboration? This role will allow you to work with all internal team, including our Product Marketing, R&D, and Development departments, to create a technology strategy that brings an amazing, game changing user experience and performance to our best in class products for quality, environmental, health and safety, audit and risk management.
 
Day to Day
  • Ambitious strategy creation, including situational awareness, policy development and execution:
  • Technology strategy roadmap for the portfolio
  • Non-functional user requirement specifications
  • User requirement specifications for common components
  • Customer Engagement
  • Developing collaborative relationships with important customers for input to strategy
  • Customer communications such as webinars and conference events: Running and participating in customer events, user groups, focus groups and workshops
  • Product (Business) Assurance
  • Working closely with the Development function to ensure strategy is executed
  • Working closely with product and development colleagues to
  • Track progress
  • Support and help escalate emerging issues
  • Market understanding
  • Alignment of technology and commercial strategy
  • Analysing competitors’ technology and product strategies, particularly in terms of points of parity, points of differentiation and our response
  • Analyst engagement
Knowledge & Experience
 
Essential:
  • Technology strategist and thought leader
  • Product management
  • Market research and analysis
 
Desirable:
  • People management skills
  • Experience of working in the software industry would be an advantage
