Working alongside our established Customer Delivery team in the USA, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in the implementation of our audit management software products throughout the project lifecycle. This may include a number of key activities, such as reviewing audit methodologies, product configuration, specifying bespoke requirements, and delivering training to both system administrators and end users.

Our customers are typically small to medium sized audit teams from a variety of sectors, so this role is ideally suited to someone who is currently in a consultancy role, with substantial experience within internal auditing.

This vacancy is homebased in the USA with regular travel and truly is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of an outstanding team of consultants, delivering solutions which are part of an ever growing and dynamic organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building effective relationships with clients and working with them as a trusted partner
  • Provide expert knowledge to support and advise our clients on how to configure our software, providing training as required, and authoring complex specifications for customizations
  • Delivering the goals and targets of the service delivery project, maximizing the benefits of our products and services
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously; from conception to completion
  • Providing feedback to our development team to assist in the continuous improvement of our products and services
  • Supporting our sales and marketing teams by providing professional advice, attending conferences, or assisting with software demonstrations

To be considered for this position, you must have:


  • Substantial knowledge and experience of internal auditing
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar consultancy role
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, precisely and concisely to clients both written and verbally
  • Naturally assertive with the ability to work effectively with our major clients and the confidence and personality to interact with their senior staff
  • The ability to work under your own initiative and manage a challenging and varied workload
  • Flexibility to travel within your own country and be flexible to working abroad as and when necessary, both of which involve working away from home on a regular basis. When working abroad this may occasionally include federal holidays and weekends, depending on local culture


  • Internal audit qualification
  • Experience of delivering training, ideally relating to the use of software
  • An appreciation of the benefits of audit management applications
  • Experience working with audit management software products, such as Pentana
  • Experience working within a technology environment
  • Full clean Driving License
