We have an opportunity to join our newly formed Insights team as a Senior Insights Executive. Your work will have a direct impact on marketing operations, delivering customer and marketplace intelligence that will fuel our strategic direction, decision making and future growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute and deliver the insight agenda within your specific product area
  • Collaborate across the Category Function and wider business to provide a 360 view of customers, verticals and markets.
  • Work with the Insight Manager on insight delivery and distribution
  • Set up and maintain competitive intelligence within your product area.
  • Support an environment of knowledge sharing and pro-active Insight delivery, working collaboratively across the Insight team, coaching team members where required.
  • Work closely with external analysts, 3rd party providers and industry experts to bring future trends and insights to your internal stakeholders

 

Experience & Knowledge

 

  • Do you have a make it happen attitude, Problem solver, naturally inquisitive able to work pro-actively with limited direction – strong attention to detail, well organised, commercially aware, able to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Passionate about Insight that makes a difference

  • Analytical thinker, data literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office and other collaboration tools
  • Background in marketing, customer analytics
  • Market research and analytics experience
  • Qual and quant research

 

Your knowledge, skills and experience

 

  • Commercial experience in a product marketing, research, analytics or insight focused role.
  • Critical thinking, negotiating, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills - listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • 360 degree approach to your work
  • Goal oriented – Ensure goals are achieved, and navigate road blocks.
  • Excellent time management
  • B2B SaaS experience would be advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience of turning information into Insight to influence decision makers and key stakeholders.
  • Naturally a team player, who enjoys developing other teams members.
