Due to phenomenal growth we have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking at developing a career as a Sales Support Coordinator. Based in our Nottingham head office, this is an opportunity to work directly with our fabulous sales team and provide an outstanding service.  


 Day to Day

  • Support the sales team in the completion of Customer/Prospect Questionnaires in parallel – ensuring knowledge of deadlines, bid requirements and adherence to the internal processes associated across multiple teams
  • Research new business opportunities/frameworks/projects within our industry sectors
  • Ensure the timely delivery of compliant responses.
  • Complete tender and opportunity searches.
  • Effectively manage and update AskGen to track the status of all Requests and general sales administration
  • Ensure that all documents adhere to company branding, layout, style guide and messaging standards, whilst ensuring the timely submission of tenders and other proposals
  • Update and Upload Q&A into the company library
  • Set up Task/Request cards and folders within Teams
  • Act as a lead in calls with the sales team to provide assistance


Knowledge & Experience


  • Excellent time management and prioritisation to manage conflicting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Organisation skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • High levels of attention to detail to gather accurate and high-quality information from key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence and work with all levels across the business
  • Previous experience working within a sales role
  • Confident using Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
  • Familiar with proposals and tenders
