We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join the People and Culture team in our Head Office in Nottingham. You will support the growth of Ideagen through the co-ordination of recruitment and resourcing across the group.  Providing support and guidance on all matters of recruitment to hiring managers and key stakeholders, supporting them in delivering an efficient recruitment process and great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle at Ideagen- you’ll lead the development and delivery of high-quality recruitment and selection processes for roles at all levels.
  • Line management of our HR & Recruitment Administrator to create an efficient and pro-active recruitment team.
  • To be an ambassador for the Ideagen Employer brand both internally and externally
  • Manage and co-ordinate simultaneously a number of end to end recruitment processes across various departments
  • Liaise with hiring managers to discuss current vacancies and agree recruitment approach
  • Prepare and publish creative job adverts with industry specific information to attract the best applicants for the role
  • Maintain active vacancies on job boards and company website
  • Monitor the level of applicant interaction of vacancies across multiple channels
  • Monitor applicant numbers and liaise with hiring manager throughout the recruitment process to ensure an efficient time to hire
  • Ensure candidates are processed and communicated with in a timely manner
  • Maintain a great candidate experience for both internal and external applicants
  • Provide feedback to candidates on the progress of their applications
  • Track recruitment and activity, producing regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processes
  • Work alongside the wider People & Culture Team to drive recruitment process improvements
 
To be considered for this role, you must have: 
 
Essential
  • Demonstrable experience in a recruitment role who can demonstrate their impact in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A passion for recruitment and providing a great candidate experience 
  • A demonstrable systematic approach to planning and managing a diverse workload.
  • High attention to detail as well as an ability to operate with urgency and prioritise multiple functions and tasks. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with within the team and wider business.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to meet recruitment need 
  • The ability to manage own workload effectively whilst meeting deadlines 
  • Excellent skills in using Word/Excel/Powerpoint
 
Desirable 
  • Previous Line Management experience
  • Experience working within in-house recruitment
  • Experience of working within Technology/Software Industry
