Recruitment Administrator

To support the phenomenal growth of Ideagen, we are now looking for a recruitment administrator to join our ever-expanding team. This role is key to the growth plan for Ideagen and you will be working in an ever-changing environment where every day is different.

Key responsibilities:

  • Arrange interviews and/or assessment days.
  • Arrange screen calls via teams or telephone calls for the recruitment team
  • Provide support directly to Line Managers to ensure Authority to Recruit are completed correctly and in detail.
  • Post Job adverts on internal and external websites and job boards.
  • Co-ordinate candidate journey to ensure and effective and efficient process.
  • Informing all candidates of the outcome of their application, arranging feedback where required
  • Update booking system and database as required
  • Manage the shared recruitment inbox and ensure all candidates received replies in a timely manner.
  • Become the point of contact with the administration process for the recruitment team.
  • Update the internal systems in a timely manner
  • Provide a great candidate experience

Experience & Knowledge



  • Previous experience in either HR or Recruitment or a busy administration environment
  • A team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Comfortable with working in an environment of change, with flexible approach to new challenges
  • The ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to problem solving independently
  • Understand the importance of absolute confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Experience working with multiple systems and willing to adapt process as required.


  • Experience with working with CoreHR HR system or similar 
  • Familiarity with IT/Technology industry
