We are looking for a Project Manager, to join our ever-growing company, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. You will also coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver our larger and more complex projects, to high profile clients, focusing primarily on a proprietary safety management system.

You will be someone who works well under pressure, tight deadlines and can manage multiple projects at one time.  You will be highly organised and be able to prioritise projects in a timely manner. 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Carry out sales handover meetings to ensure all required information is present
  •  Lead projects and present them to wider teams within the business providing details on the project including timelines and scope 
  •  Production of Statement of Work, Project plan and gaining sign off
  •  Create and maintain a risk log, ensuring that it is kept up to date by documenting risks regularly 
  •  Create and maintain a project action and issues log, identify key issues and challenges whilst facilitating a solution as soon as possible 
  •  Track progress to plan and ensuring that there are enough resources to complete the task 
  •  Monitor risk, and acting on required mitigation
  •  Monitor scope and liaising with account managers re. change requests
  •  Track milestones and liaising with finance on related payment gates
  •  Produce project highlight reports for both management and customer
  •  Scheduling and lead regular project updates as appropriate 
  •  Communicate with the customer on all project issues throughout
  •  Communicate and liaise with other internal departments throughout
  •  Produce sign off documentation and ensure customer sign off is achieved
  •  Produce handover documentation for support teams 
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  •  At least 2 years (internal) / 3 years (external) experience in a project management role delivering software implementations across a variety of products 
  •  Prince 2 qualified to practitioner level
  •  Robust knowledge of the Project lifecycle
  •  Proven ability to deliver projects - often multiple projects on time, in scope and within budget 
  •  Experience in defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support the project requirements
  •  Ability to maintain overall control of the Project budget and resources, ensuring action is taken to prevent resource/scope creep
  •  Experience in providing leadership in communicating the Project aims and success factors to all stakeholders, both internal and external
  •  Highly organised with the ability to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones allocating appropriate resources and using appropriate tools, specifically MS Project
  •  Proven ability to pre-empt potential risks and undertake appropriate mitigation actions.
  •  Ability to manage and delegate work and responsibilities within a Project team, whilst escalating to management as needed
  •  Experience in compiling and managing key Project Documentation and controls, such as Statement of Works, Highlight reports, Project Plans.
  •  Excellent communication skills especially when dealing with customer relationships, presentations and management of colleagues and projects 
  •  Strong management skills in order to build, develop and grow business relationships and manage customer expectations
  •  Excellent time management skills, including a proven ability to prioritise tasks from multiple projects in a demanding environment to tight deadlines.
  •  Excellent computer literacy and strong working knowledge of all MS Office applications
  •  Experience with delivering safety and quality management systems (or equivalent)
  •  Demonstrable experience of working effectively with third-parties
  •  Experience of using SalesForce, KROW
  •  The ability to contribute to the continual improvement of the Project team, including ideas for new processes and methodologies
