We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive, to join our team to help us position our portfolio of software products in order to maximise our growth opportunity. The Product Marketing Team is central in our marketing operation and works with internal and external stakeholders to understand our customers and markets to create compelling content that positions our corporate and product brands. In order to achieve this objective, you will think tactically and creatively, develop initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
 
You will be creative, strategic with a passion for marketing, whilst be able to work collaboratively within the marketing team, internal and external stakeholders. 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Create and develop insightful, informative and entertaining content across our marketing channels
  • Hatch exciting new ideas for compelling content that garners attention and raises awareness of our company and products, stimulates interest and engages customers and prospects
  • Contribute to Go To Market plans and help design and improve campaigns and strategies
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with operational marketing, business development and sales executives, product managers and subject matter experts
 
To be considered for this role, you must have:
 
Essential
 
  •  A minimum of 2 years' experience within a B2B marketing or product marketing role
  •  Demonstrable experience developing marketing content production including brand development, developing messages and value propositions 
  •  Knowledge of product marketing, strategy, copy writing 
  •  Experience within an marketing creator environment with demonstrable chops, especially producing for digital channels
  •  Clear understanding of the customer journey and the marketing mix and how to leverage content for commercial results
  •  Creative communicator and fresh thinker, able to develop and pitch good ideas
  •  Adaptable, flexible and able to thrive and work around the constant change of a fast-growing business
  •  Well-organised are skilled at managing tight deadlines across multiple tasks and projects
  •  An interest in conducting market research, analysis and being aware of which platforms are best for certain campaigns to encourage brand development 
  •  Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage your own workload, where priorities may change throughout the day
  •  Exceptional relationship building skills 
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Influencing skills and ability to thrive in a highly social, dynamic working environment
 
Desirable
 
  • Experience of working in the software industry 
  • CIM membership at MCIM or Chartered Marketer level
  • A relevant HE qualification such as degree or diploma in business or marketing
