This is a great role for a tech savvy individual who is looking to grow and develop their career with one of the most exciting and fastest growing software companies in the world! Reporting to the Cloud Operations Manager, you will support the implementation team by working closely with various departments to coordinate and install, upgrade and deploy our Ideagen products. You will primarily work with Windows technologies including IIS and SQL Server along with some public cloud serviced provided by AWS and Azure which will include automation where possible.

Key responsibilities:

  • Installing, upgrade and deploying Ideagen software products
  • Documenting deployment to provide information to the service delivery teams and to support other teams within Ideagen
  • Work with the project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of Ideagen project
  • Working with the development teams where necessary to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure that best practices are followed for administration and security
  • Work with Security Operations and Information Security teams to develop and maintain documentation to support sales and audit activities.
  • At all times ensure the confidentiality, integrity and privacy of customer data

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A proactive, upbeat and collaborative communication style, with the ability to be direct, tactful, and transparent
  • Previous experience within an IT/installation environment
  • Experience in networking, protocols and security
  • Experience in system / network administration (primarily windows)
  • Good problem-solving skills while working under pressure
  • Working knowledge of IIS and SQL Server


  • Dynamic, hands-on technology experience with an emphasis on solution delivery
