eLearning Product Manager

Are you an eLearning specialist with experience in product management then this a match for your skills! Due to our rapid growth we are seeking to recruit a passionate and ambitious specialist who will lead a  team of Product Specialists in the creation of a suite of software-simulation courses, hosted on the Ideagen Academy platform.

An exciting area of interest with this role is the eLearning Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of a customer-wide migration project, requiring excellent project coordination and data analysis skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain interactive and engaging software-simulation courses on Ideagen products using Adobe Captivate or similar tools. This includes every step in the course creation process including:
    - Requirements gathering
    - Formulating learning outcomes
    - Storyboarding
    - Screen recording
    - Course compiling
    - Quiz writing
  • Line management of Product Specialists, providing guidance and coaching where appropriate
  • Quality checking and sign-off of courses created
  • Liaising with a third-party supplier on complex Academy support queries
  • Presales support on big ticket opportunities
  • Track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with Product Management on the planning and execution of a comprehensive customer migration project
  • Communicate effectively with customers



Knowledge & Experience


  • Experience in technical authoring
  • Experience with e-learning systems
  • Line manager experience or a team leader with objective setting responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised



  • Ideally domain experience of software in quality management
  • Experience using Adobe Captivate
  • Project management or project coordination experience
