Ideagen are one of the leading providers of compliance software in the world and we are looking to recruit a Business Development Representative to join our energetic and passionate sales team at our new state of the art Ruddington office. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the sales team and identifying new potential markets and opportunities.

Day to Day
- Research organisations and individuals online to identify new markets and opportunities
- Work closely with the new business sales team and Sales Manager to create prospecting strategies
- Generate new business opportunities for the sales team
- Deliver sales overview presentations on the product range by telephone
- Continually grow and develop your knowledge of sectors, ensuring you become a trusted advisor
- Ensure that all information is recorded in our CRM
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Experience working in a BDR (or similar) role with a history of hitting targets and KPI's
- Outstanding enthusiasm, passion and the determination to succeed
- Confident, high energy hunter mentality
- Driven by success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- The ability to exhibit divergent thinking, aimed at improving processes and results
- A desire to continually learn, pick up new skills and increase your knowledge
- Ability to use your own initiative to solve problems
- The desire to have a long and successful career in software sales
